To secure your space in the calendar and anchor the energy of the session, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.

Remaining 50% due 48 hours before your session

This allows the final energetic tuning and alignment to occur smoothly, without interruption or misalignment close to the session.

Cancellation Policy For Quantum Reiki Sessions

Less than 48 hours' notice – The full session fee will be charged, as the space and energy will have already been held for you. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment date and have only paid the 50% deposit, the balance must be made in full (cancellation fee) or you will not be able to book another session with me. Kindly note, if you continually re-schedule or cancel sessions with me I have the option to refuse future bookings.

More than 48 hours' notice – The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payment made (the remaining balance) can be refunded or transferred to a new session date.

Every session I offer begins long before we meet. It's more than time - it's a sacred energetic contract. From the moment you book, I start preparing your unique field, tuning in, receiving intuitive guidance, adjusting my vibration to meet you in your moment of transformation, and preparing the space for your healing. The booking process is part of the energetic contract we enter together.

The 50% deposit holds the space in the calendar and anchors the energetic commitment on both sides. The remaining balance, due 48 hours before, allows the final energetic alignment to be completed in full presence and flow.

This policy ensures:

Cancellation Policy for Quantum Group Sound Baths

All bookings for Quantum Group Sound Baths are non-refundable.

Due to the limited spaces available and the energetic preparation involved, I'm unable to offer refunds if you're no longer able to attend - regardless of notice given.

If you can't make it, you are welcome to gift or transfer your place to someone else. Please let me know their name before the event.

I do not manage resales or waitlists for cancellations. The responsibility for filling your space lies with you.

Thank you for respecting the sacred container of these events and the energy that goes into holding them, and thank you for understanding that your booking reserves more than just a spot - it anchors your presence in the energetic field of the event.

The full session fee is non-refundable, as the energetic container has already been created and held on your behalf.

From the moment you book, I begin preparing the energetic space, connecting with your field, and receiving insight to support your transformation. These policies reflect not just time, but the sacred preparation, intuition, and alignment poured into each offering.

Lateness Policy​

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your session if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

Refusal to Treat Policy​

Please note, I have the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment or training at any point where I deem it necessary. If a person arrives under the influence of alcohol; under the influence of recreational drugs; has had recent surgery; behaves in an inappropriate matter; is obviously unwell (temperature, cold, sickness, digestive upset etc) or becomes offensive, I will cease treatment or training and politely ask them to leave. In all of these cases there will not be a refund and I reserve the right not to take any further bookings for you or for any further appointments or training.

If a person is undergoing a medical issue which is a contraindication for therapy this must be disclosed to me and discussed before any treatments can take place. If a person has an obvious reaction to any essential oils or incense I am using I will politely ask them to leave their session for that day as all allergies etc must be disclosed to me upon asking when booking. In the case of allergies or intolerances, I will be happy to book another session with you once you can confirm to me exactly what you are allergic or intolerant to so that I can make every effort to eliminate them from your treatment. In the case of pet allergies, I am unable to accommodate this request at present as I own dogs.

Please note, if you fail to attend a booked session with me and make no effort to contact me to re-schedule or cancel I reserve the right to refuse any future sessions with you. If you repeatedly cancel or re-schedule your appointments I reserve the right not to offer any future sessions with you.

Access to my Studio​

For all sessions, please wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring a bottle of water with you for afterwards. Water helps your body to release the toxins after a treatment session. You will need to increase your water intake for at least 24 hours (preferably 48 hours) after all treatments to enable your body to release old energies and toxins. For all treatment sessions I will meet you at my side gate. There is a bell you can ring if you want to but I will meet you at the gate at the time of your appointment. Please do not ring or knock on the front door. If you are running a little late please ensure you either text or voice message me to let me know and then message me again when you have arrived so I am not waiting around for you.

I will give you my full address when your booking is made and the deposit has been received. Parking is almost always available on my driveway or you may wish to use the side road. Please note I do not accept any liability for your car whilst parked in my driveway. 

For all Reiki Courses, please ring the bell or knock on the front door so that any packed lunches etc can be put into the fridge and we can make our refreshments for the morning before we start.

Please note: Please do not touch any of my equipment unless invited to do so, as any breakages must be paid for.

I will record some sessions for my own use.​

Discount Policy for my Reiki Students & Coven Members​

I believe in investing in my students to help their own learning, so all of my own Reiki Students will receive a £5 discount* when booking their own Quantum Reiki Sessions.

 *Only applies to Quantum Reiki Sessions.

Coven Members receive a £10 discount on every Antojai Quantum Reiki  Session.
