Due to the limited spaces available and the energetic preparation involved, I'm unable to offer refunds if you're no longer able to attend - regardless of notice given.
If you can't make it, you are welcome to gift or transfer your place to someone else. Please let me know their name before the event.
I do not manage resales or waitlists for cancellations. The responsibility for filling your space lies with you.

Course Booking & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any course, training, or workshop. This confirms your commitment and activates the energetic container for your journey.
Due to the small group sizes and the preparation involved, all course payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend and give more than 14 days’ notice, 50% of your payment may be transferred once to a future course (subject to availability). The remaining 50% is retained to honour the time, energy, and resources reserved for your space.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable, as your place is held and may not be filled at short notice.
