A spacious 90-minute session designed for women who are carrying more than they realise — emotionally, professionally and within their families.

Many of the women I work with appear capable, steady and in control at work and at home — yet internally feel stretched, responsible for everyone else and quietly disconnected from themselves. These sessions create the space to pause, breathe and look beneath the surface of what’s really happening.

Sessions are calm and gentle. You remain fully clothed throughout and the work focuses on subtle energy and emotional release rather than massage or physical manipulation.

We begin by exploring what feels heavy, repetitive or unresolved — whether that’s workplace pressure, relationship dynamics, family responsibilities or an internal sense of “holding it all together.” Together, we identify the emotional patterns, nervous system responses and identity roles that may be keeping you over-functioning or stuck in familiar cycles.

 

From there, I draw from grounded coaching, intuitive energy work and subconscious recalibration — using what is most aligned in the moment. This may include energetic clearing, identity reframing, boundary strengthening, intuitive insight or somatic grounding. You don’t need to choose the method. We work with what is ready.

 

There is no rush.

 

We unravel gently, recalibrate at the root and fully integrate before you leave.

 

You will walk away feeling steadier in your body, clearer in your decisions and more connected to who you are — not just in your inner world, but in how you show up at work, in relationships and at home.
