Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This confirms your commitment and begins the energetic process before we meet. Due to the size of my business and the limited number of appointments I offer, payments are non-refundable. When a session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and it may not be possible to refill it on short notice. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of your payment may be transferred once to a future session. The remaining 50% is retained to honour the time and energy held for your original booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Group Sound Baths/Quarterly Recalibration Evenings are non-refundable and due in full at the time of booking. Please also note: an additional charge will apply if your session runs beyond the stated time. Your booking is a sacred energetic agreement. Group Sound Baths/Quarterly Recalibration Evenings are also non-refundable, and no credit is given for missed attendance.
