Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full fee. - If you have already paid the 50% deposit for your appointment and need to re-schedule, your deposit payment will be carried forward to the new appointment providing you have given more than 48 hours' notice. - If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment date and have only paid the 50% deposit, the balance must be made in full (cancellation fee) or you will not be able to book another session with me. Kindly note, if you continually re-schedule or cancel sessions with me I have the option to refuse future bookings.
